Carnival Jubilee is set to Float Out

Carnival Jubilee gets ready to float out from the Meyer Werft shipyard

The Carnival Jubilee is all set for its float out and will depart from the building dock in Papenburg, Germany, on Saturday, July 22, as per the announcement by Meyer Werft.

Scheduled to be unveiled in December, the Carnival Jubilee will float out at 9 am on Saturday and then be moved to the yard’s outfitting pier around 12 pm.

However, please note that the shipyard has cautioned that changes to the schedule may occur due to weather conditions.

Carnival Cruise Line’s latest ship is expected to undergo sea trials in August. With a capacity to accommodate up to 5,400 passengers, the Carnival Jubilee will embark on its inaugural voyage from Galveston on December 23, 2023, followed by regular week-long sailings from the port throughout the year.

The itineraries will include stops at Cozumel and Costa Maya in Mexico, as well as Roatan Island, Honduras.
